    Well, all our nodes are running with either RAID-1 or RAID-10. Older nodes unfortunately run on RAID-1 with 2x 1 TB SSDs. I have to admit that this can be a bottle neck, however it should be still fast. Newer nodes from the last couple of months are running RAID-10 configs which are way faster.

    I'm sure my colleagues will process your inquire quickly :)

    The VDS-400 comes with 1 Gbps Bandwidth. VDS-100 to VDS-300 with 100 Mbps.

    Thank you for your reply.

    Sure thing. I do need a snappy vm, though. I don't consume much resources, it'll be running 2 WP setups and 1 WHMCS or Blesta. Other than that, nothing that is CPU or RAM intensive.

    Although, I tried to manually upgrade the distro, to Debian Jessie, and it did take a lot of time to unpack even the bare ftp package, so I am sure that the performance isn't even comparable to a single SSD.

    I've received a ticket response right now and your staff is investigating.

    By the way, as for the user that commented here that I called them to escalate the ticket... Well, yes, I did. I'm looking for a long-term provider. They did pick up the call at 3 / 4 am GMT +1 and the woman who picked up the call was excellent. That means a lot for me.

    I called them to test their support since I need a long-term provider (e.g, been with Iniz for 4 years +, Ramnode for 4 years +, etc etc). I like to know the company itself.

    Very impressed with @trabia by the way!

    Thank you. Our hotline is manned 24/7, however it is more of an front office. My colleagues there won't be able to assist you with technical matters, they either will record your inquire and open an internal ticket, ask you to submit a support ticket or pass you through to a technician if they are not too busy in this moment. For us it is much easier to work based on a ticket system, and to be honest, we receive a hand full of calls per week, almost all customers contact us solely by email or ticket. :)
