You need some comprehension lessons. No one is offering the deal to you. It IS FOR @NEKKI AND @NEKKI (AKA "MY LOVE" to @COCIU) ONLY. Unless you have proof that you have a Romanian husband with the username @cociu, you're not who the offer is for.
