Mtputty is awesome, @Zen can confirm my words
I'm using Bitvise Client too.
But for some usage, I use Putty and NetxSarang
PenguiNet is best SSH Client for Windows, Tab, export import,etc.. (thousands of countless features.)

+1 for tunnelier/bitvise, also xshell is good (free for personal usage). Mobaxterm also not bad. Beyond that I'd say cygwin/mintty.
I'm MTputty, it is pretty nice however it is buggy. Sometimes I can't write in my terminal when I change the window from screen.
I was a Windows User and I miss putty.. #mac
+1 for SecureCRT been using it for 12+ yrs
upgrade pricing makes it slightly cheaper after initial outlay http://www.vandyke.com/pricing/corporate/upgrades/index.html
I use MobaXterm ( http://mobaxterm.mobatek.net ) when I'm on Windows.
Newest putty tray http://puttytray.goeswhere.com/
I'm a fan of SuperPutty and SecureCRT.
+1 for MTPuTTY
Saw most of the suggestion here, Mputty is still my preferred client.. because its just so easy and clean.
Necro time! Does the consensus still stand? Have been using cygwin, but just downloaded SmarTTy for a key fob, and it looks promising.
The best thing I've ever used is SSH secure shell client. It has both putty like command line and sftp as well. You can get it here:

It's much better than putty, I've been using this thing for years xD
Don't use Windows. Or at least use cygwin.
Use Chrome Browser bro! and install extension SSH Secure Shell (Beta), but still good You can do multiple tabs as usual
MobaXTerm is also very nice if you are not able to buy SecureCRT.
ConEmu(tabbed console emulator) and mintty + ssh from cygwin do the trick for me.
+1 for msys/mintty.
I still didn't find any other terminal app as good as mintty. Most of them - like putty - don't handle terminal colors correctly, which is a no go for me.
I've only used PuTTY, but mPuTTY looks promising - especially for multitasking. I might start using that actually.. haha
Nobody's using PuttyCM? (Connection Manager) it's pretty sweet with the encryption and all that
xshell is amazing and free for personal/educational use. http://www.netsarang.com/products/xsh_overview.html
Use it all the time for managing my VPS' Includes everything: tab support, passwordless logins and etc.
windows》xshell
MAC 》iTerm2
Chrome secure shell. https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/secure-shell/pnhechapfaindjhompbnflcldabbghjo
For tabs you can open new chrome tab.
Console2 and Cygwin...
Anyone have any other suggestions?
I use XShell 5, quite happy with it. Has its odd UI bugs from time to time, but as an ssh client, I haven't found any issue.
+1 for Mobaxterm
Out of curiosity, what do you change fonts/colors for? (I'm not asking about a general change. I'm assuming that the feature is for changing fonts/colors for different saved sessions?)
Distinguishing between different servers through font color? If so, how well is that working out for you? I wouldn't mind giving that a go if others say it helps.
http://smartty.sysprogs.com/ Is really great!
