Make sure your price is locked in and you are aware of what your renewal will be. Gordon has increased the price of some products as much as 70% a couple of years ago.

I'll recommend incero. Using since 2012 and Happy with their service.
Whatever deal you get is probably going to be too good to be true if you are expecting the prices you are asking for. The average cost for a cab + power in Dallas direct from a DC is about $1,500/mo per cabinet w/ power. So if you can find someone willing to entertain 5 cabs w/ power for $2,500.00 that is pretty amazing border line fantastical. If either of the places you mentioned offer this to you and you take it, sign a contract and make sure to dictate terms of renewal as part of the contract or be prepared at the expiration of your contract for prices to go up drastically.
