Outside LET limits you have SecureAX and ServeNet in TH, both using CAT which is pretty good

BGP Session cost $50 USD per month, no additional dedicated bandwidth need to purchase.

That's wonderful, and I apologise for my misinformation.

Guess they finally figured that charging $199 for sessions don't particularly make sense.
