Wondering if anyone has tried out the new Hetzner NVME dedicated servers and can share any benchmarks?

I love this : + Once-off Setup Fee € 119.00
Intel P3700 1T nvme SSD is about 900MB/s in my previous testing.
I hope someone tests it with handbrake transcoding.
this server is awesome only if hetzner allows me to use my own ipv4 blocks on their network...
same as ovh
same as onlinenet
damn...
They offer IP announce only for colo, and to add insult to injury - they charge a hefty fee (last checked it is 100+Eur) per month per subnet.
Not that bad if you announce a /20 for example and fill a rack :P
Does anyone know if its possible to install CentOS 6 on this server? I dont see it as an option on the order page.
I don't see the option of installing Centos 6 on their VNC and Linux install page. But I think you can install it with LARA. But you only have a limited time to use LARA for free...
I have one with Windows running on it, disk bench attached (Server2012R2 Raid 1)

Can someone run a dmidecode and see what motherboards are these using?
you can install centos 6 from the rescue system
Sure, it's that one:

I purchased on of this server and running cPanel on it. Very good deal indeed, if not my best buys yet.
Is there anything to consider concerning trim and stuff when installing this machine with the 2 SSDs in RAID-1? I never used SSDs in RAID-1 and remember that there was something that one should take care of. Or is this ancient information and no longer relevant?
That thing looks like a really nice machine and the setup does not hurt too much if you plan to use it for 1 year and longer...
I'm sure there will be varying opinions, but I haven't had any problems just going with an out of the box SW RAID 1 setup during install on any of my machines with RAID 1 SSDs.
