  • Hello,

Nice offer, but it seems it tries to charge VAT even if you are from the US. I added my information and clicked update and vat still shows. Can you check this please?

    Cheers!

  • Yes, whmcs charges VAT all the time by default. You can order as normal and simply write a comment in the order to remove VAT. We will then modify the invoice for you.

  • Hello,

I have done as you asked, once the invoice has been updated I will pay.

    Thanks!

  • It has been updated. Thank you for ordering.

  • Nice looking deal, and I have only heard good things about your service! I hope it turns out to be as good as I have heard!

    Cheers!

  • TheLinuxBug: Thank you. I hope you will enjoy our service.

Liam: KVM specials would likely be available next month. We need to increase stock before releasing specials.

  • I wonder is it a new node? I/O is epic. :D

  • The node is relatively new 128GB RAM E5, yes, about 25% filled. We have monitoring for IO latency and will not let it degrade too much. Glad you are enjoying your VPS.

  • Very nice offer!

    Rare location, too.

    @torqhost
you also offer both Xen and KVM, which is pretty rare, with price and specs being the same between them. What do you feel would be the better choice from those, and do you plan to phase out one in favor of another?

    Awesome little box. Purchased.

  • not instant provision?

  • @LAKid said: not instant provision?

Nope. It's under an hour though.

  • @Ishaq would you post here as soon as you get your box?

  • @LAKid said: @Ishaq would you post here as soon as you get your box?

Been an hour here, nothing yet. It's a weekend though, so no worries.

Try sending a ticket I guess? support are very helpful and professional.

  • I got one as well, will let you know how fast is the provision in my case.

  • will give an another hour.

  • Activated.

I don't recall seeing that location around here before. Good job, great looking offer!

  • We apologize to everyone who have waited. Setup times were longer than usual.

rm_: Choosing between the technologies is relatively easy and you can base this on the type of software you would run on the VPS. I think this has been discusses on LET and other forums extensively as to what benefits each platform provides. You could search on google for "openvz vs xen vs kvm". This returns a wealth of reading information.
Right now, we are not planning to phase out technologies, but if it comes to that, Xen would be the one to go.

  • mine was really fast =)

Noooooo! Not Xen! :P Get rid of KVM or something but don't touch my little Xen boxes :P
On a serious note I am pleased with both your products (Xen and OpenVZ) quite some time. Highly recommended.

  • Is adult stuff allowed? How about IRC?

  • sampppa: Adult is not allowed, IRC clients are allowed.

Spirit: We are not planning on removing Xen, so no worries. I am happy to hear you are enjoying your VPS with us. Thank you.

The promotion code still has 20 uses and existing customers can use it too.

  • Provision was quick (an hour or two) and they did follow up on my request for TUN/TAP to be enabled right away.

  • Purchased one level 0 recently, interesting location for me.
Provision are not instant, but was done within an hour. Also my ticked about VAT was answered withing few minutes.
Hasn't tested the box out much yet, but so far the performance was very good. Lets see how it goes when node fills up. But looks great for the start.

Are these plans upgradeable from one to another (and keep the discounts)?
