Looking for dedicated server provider in Singapore
Please kindly give some suggestions for the best provider that have dedicated server with spec as below:
1. cost max 45 usd / month
2. Ram 24 GB
3. Processor xeon 6-8 cores
4. Hdd 1 TB sata
5. Ip address /29
6. IPMI support
7. I can do install vmware
8. Support 24x7 via email
9. Ethernet 100 Mbps

I think that's a bit unrealistic for Singapore. I'd check out Leaseweb and see if they have any deals, it seems the regular priced stuff starts at about $99 in Singapore.
Any other country that has good network reach from Jakarta/Indonesia ?

LeaseWeb is the only cheap one in SG. You could check out local server providers, but its probably even more expensive.
Electricity and space is very expensive here. Bandwidth, too.
Unless someone willing to sell at a loss otherwise it'd be difficult to get what you want at $45.
Other than Leaseweb, Ready Server (https://www.readyserver.sg/dedicatedserver.html) appears to be quite affordable as well.

I would not go with this as this user doesn't read requests at all and believes he can throw his VPS offer at people when they've asked for colocation requests which is a completely different thing...
I don't doubt he can provide it but my worry for you is - how long for...?
