used them years ago; looks like they are still up
PM me, I think I can help you.
Why not use a free instance at AppFog? Can have it hosted on HP/Amazon/Rackspace cloud services then
@hostluv
i.e. http://www.hostluv.com/hosting.html
Also you may try
heliohost.org/home/
http://www.free-webhosts.com/search-webhosts.php?ORDER=14&CO=1
See the list.
Have a few sites with HostZilla- been pretty reliable over the past few years.

bornin.asia
How about gatsby?
Haven't used them in ages, but back in the day http://i6networks.com/ was great.
Agreed. Quite good and they have a ton of domains. However, a couple of them disappear sometimes. http://www.000webhost.com/ is good too.
Hi there,
Would be willing to host you for free so long as you have a domain . Drop me a PM and I'll set you up.
Are you an active freevps.us user @DestroyeRCo ?
http://freevps.us/page-requirements.html
IperWeb, Hostigation and ServerDragon are in that list.
Requirements to get a VPS:
1. 5,000 points
2. 30 posts
3. 0 or a positive reputation
4. 0% warning level
To keep the VPS you must:
1. Make at least 20 posts per month
2. Show proof of using your VPS
3. Keep your warning level below 50%
4. Meet the special requirements of the VPS you have.
1. 5,000 points
2. 30 posts
3. 0 or a positive reputation
4. 0% warning level
I feel sorry for people who actually do this. Must suck living in India & co.
lol @gubbyte. You are just envious of the users that can keep their warning level down.
I have also added what you must do to keep it.
I am active member on freevps, just give it a try and you will get a good a VPS it can be OpenVZ, Xen and KVM(not easy to get)
Anyway here you will find good provider's too.
Good luck.
Thanks @jcaleb, yap, BornIn.Asia is always taking LET members who needs a little shared hosting space:

Ill give you a hand. DDoS protected, cPanel. Fire me a PM if you'd like.
free hosting for a SHOP? that's cheap
<33 Thanks for the recommendation!
@DestroyerCo - Gatsby should work great for you. I'm usually fairly accommodating to individual needs, so if there's a specific plugin/theme you need installing, I can drop them in for you.
If that's too much of a hassle, I'd recommend you use @zhuanyi's BornInAsia - Most free hosts die after a week or so, and BIA has certainly stood the test of time
If you want to discuss this privately, shoot me a PM and I'll get back to you as soon as possible!
http://www.x10hosting.com?
I mean really, just get a cheap shared hosting.
ie bluevm.com has one for $5 a year.
If you charging people for a service you should be able to afford that...
ShoveHost.com - Hosting for $3/month. I'll give you a month free trial to get started
We are currently performing maintenance and will be back shortly.
@ElliotJ
It's working great now after the DNS resolution problem was sorted. It's by far the fastest and most trouble free hosting provider out there.
I think you've got a really good thing going with gatsby, the word just needs to get around. I would also like the ability to add my own templates and plugins because I find the current selection limiting. That would be the main thing to turn people off.
Damn, I want to get back into the free web hosting scene.
Back to all the abusers and ungrateful bassys like me..
Back to the enjoyment I had helping people out. I think this time around I would focus on monetizing it instead of trying to get a billion clients. Quality over quantity.
I think there's a market out there for a free DDOS protected cPanel host.
websites tend to avoid DDoSes
The question is, how would you plan to monetize it when many other have failed @KuJoe?
