Really, you don't need to be a prick. He is new and ask in a tech forum for help. If you don't want to help him, just don't do it.
Your root user to mysql is the user "root". You maybe set up a password during the installation, but mostly you don't have yet a password.
Try running what this message says:
/usr/bin/mysql_secure_installation
The prompt will ask you for your current root password. Leave it blank. When asked, enter your new password.
If you have password already and you lost it, then just uninstall mysql completely and install it again, noting the password you will enter when asked.
Then, you enter mysql using this command:
mysql -u root -pMypasswordhere
Follow this, it is very detailed

He was the one who blew up about it. All I said was that if someone is going to offer "PayPal" for help setting a service up on a LES, its likely that it won't even be enough to buy a beer.. Which let's admit.. Was 100% true and clearly struck a nerve.
Edit: if you're referring to the mysql question. I referred him to a great resource that answers exactly what he asked..
Thanks for clearing that up! But I still am confused on how I will be able to create another MySQL user. I have multiple sites that will require multiple MySQL databases.

But really, now @Jonchun seem to have a point... Do a little google search on your own, the above is the second url resulting in search of "mysql add user"...
Why the new account @LowEndAddiction?

Considering no one took him seriously after multiple failed reviews... (The infamous 5 second seflow review) I would have wanted to clear my name too.
