    Aware of the website being down - MySQL crashed again then the whole node crashed. I'm increasing the size of the cloud server running our site and rebooting. Sorry for the downtime - all staff members were asleep. This did not affect any nodes / VMs.

    I will have to go through further troubleshooting if the issue persists. In any case website will be back up ASAP.

    We have people going through tickets every day. We've just had 5x the ticket numbers after this sale so it will take some time to go through the backlogs over the weekend when we had limited support. Most people have still received a response in our average support time, either way.

    Looks like we're under a large DDoS attack on our website. I'm working on restoring access and moving to a more permanent solution in case another attack like this occurs. Sorry for the inconvenience.

    Looks like we may have made some people mad with this sale :)

    Create a cancellation ticket right now if you're within 24 hours of the policy and copy this message. We don't usually offer free location switches anymore so make this ticket ASAP, even if you're out of 24 hour refund period and I'll handle it.

    I'll call the datacenter up right now and see what's up.

    (edit) Looks like it got delivered today and server is being built, might be released to us today.

    (edit) Confirmed by datacenter that it's about be delivered.

    (edit) Server's up and running. We're waiting on IP allocations.

    Datacenter forgot to include IPs and aren't responding.

    I also want to add that we're sorry to anyone who ordered KVM Dallas, it looks like random IPs in each subnet aren't pinging and have routing issues. We've escalated to datacenter immediately but they're not fixing it in a timely manner as we had hoped. We're closing off KVM Dallas location for the time being.

    Sorry for the wait on both.

    (edit) We are going to go through everyone who made a ticket on KVM Dallas with routing issue and since datacenter hasn't resolved it yet we are creating these on another KVM Dallas node without routing issues.

    Sale will still be on hold for KVM Dallas since new server is awaiting the IP fix.

    Dallas isn't ServerHub for KVM. I believe one of the servers on OVZ is Serverhub as well but the rest are ColoCrossing, or vice versa.

    Los Angeles has been delayed until January 5th (courtesy of ColoCrossing) so it looks like it will not be available for this offer.

    Apparently they shipped it today instead of having it ready today as previously discussed.

    It's probably flagged to management, so I'll answer your ticket soon. Quick reply though: special offer is limited quantity, you are responsible for what happens on the VPS. If you are re-selling them, we will usually cooperate with you but the one VPS doing the abuse will still get suspended/terminated.
