    Seems like he vent on holidays again, Invoice paid since 3 days, overdue already.
    No Ticket answer since 36hours+

    Seems like its going down soonTM.

    22 nov I get my ticket replied after 4 days.

    Renewed my vps 3 days ago it paid instantly.

    No blackfriday deals this year from BoltVM :( cash flow issue?

  • Well, this scares me a bit now... :/
    Was quite confident everything works out nice this days as I renewed my server for another year - it's hitting 366 days of uptime right now.

  • nice I remember I had purchased a yearly plan, 116d uptime doing absolutely nothing, don't even remember the pass...

    does boltvm have any emergency access console? (changing root pass won't help since it's blocked). Only stuff it has running is just fail2ban etc so I can just reinstall but it's good to know.

    Afaik there is in the customer account.

  • I don't understand :( BoltVM was really great for me. Instant support response and it just worked. Besides that IP thing.

  • Somethings going on with boltvm.. I can't do anything in the management console,
    because it says

    The action could not be completed as no response was received.
    VPS is Offline

    and my support tickets are just automatically closed :-/

    Same here, but VPS is still running strong.
    Started pulling a fresh backup though...you never know.

  • i should be worry about this, i have 3 vps with them and all still solid without downtime.

    he replied my ticket after 4days, and then he closed it. :(
