I think NVU (now kompozer?) has wysiwyg but might be wrong. I just hit CTRL+S in notepad++ then F5 in Firefox.
I should add JS to refresh every 5s to save the F5!
Use imacro to reload the page every 5 second.

More importantly, Brackets has a very nice responsive design tool
I dont know any html editor but i use the text editor nano.
+1 for Zed and Brackets. Notepad++ is a must.
There are some rather good online IDE/Editors around too. Edity (Free) and Ultradox are worth a look.
"Sublime Text may be downloaded and evaluated for free, however a license must be purchased for continued use."
If you want to use it as your main editor, pay for it. Otherwise use Atom, which is free, and better IMHO.
Notepad++ is your best choice. It has a lot of built-in tools and a plenty of external plugins for added functionality.
