Even without the discount, AU$29.90 - 2Gig RAM, 40G + Free standard 2012 windows server is really a good deal for me. It is really hard to find a Windows Server provider with is good offer.

Since my request got denied as I will not give them any kind of scans and whatever (they ask for the card, but I wasnt able to pay yet, so how can i scan a card I didnt use ?) and the whole point in using paypal is to not have to expose your credit cards, i wont be able to get it some other way.
But, supposing you agree to give it to me, how we transfer it ? That is not the regular host around here that will agree with transfers, if it was the case, I would have PMed them to approve my order, so i dont see a way of doing it.

TL;DR
I want it but dunno how can we transfer it legally.

Took the 1GB offer for AUD0.50/m for first 6 months. FraudScreened and I opened a ticket. Got a call within 10 minutes and there was this guy who confirmed the order.
Then i paid via paypal and my vps is ready to use around an hr later.

I can confirm this... I have had a VPS with them since May 2008 and it's been fine.

When they requested verification docs, I refused for privacy. They then offered phone call verification and my VPS was setup not long after the call.
