I host one of my cPanel DNS only servers at Evorack (UK) and couldn't be happier with their service & support.
cpHulk on DNS only is for dumbasses who can't even put SSH to pubkey only and maybe throw in some iptable chains.
Also ConfigServerFirewall is way more mature than cpHulk which is thrown together crap which blacklists legit user WAY too fast
