US and EU provider: cPanel DNS Only

Hello,
I'm looking for 1 US and 1 EU (pref NL/UK). They will both be used as cPanel DNS only servers. What provider would you recommend?
I believe it needs 256MB RAM or so.

How many freaking threads? What is the price point you are looking at?
I asked about UK a while ago but these are slightly different requirements.

I've run cpanel DNS only on a BuyVM $15/yearly ... so it works on lower specs aswell.
Guess it depends on the amount of updates and amount of domains.

My cpanel dns only was using 38% of the memory on a 768 vps under no load and under load was using just over 564mb memory. Cpanel states minimum 512mb memory. Can it be done on a smaller box maybe but do you want to take a chance?

If you shutdown MySQL and all the extra stuff that is not needed for cPanel or DNS then you can get it to run at about 150-180mb of memory
Our DNS_ONLY servers run at about 176mb of memory on average.

Nope not on DNS_ONLY.. The only thing that uses MySQL is bruteforce protection in cPanel, but I use CSF Firewall so I don't need the built in bruteforce protection.
MySQL is what is using most of the memory on DNS_ONLY but is the one piece that is not not required to run it.
Oh let me add that if you are using the MyDNS instead of bind then yes myDNS would need to have MySQL enabled.
