You do not need an "offshore" VPS for that, some "onshore" hosts allow Adult Content.

Nope. Adult content is allowed on a lot of VPS.
As long as you own the content and does not violate any us law, you would be fine,
so that means no beastiality, child porn (or anything depicting a supposed under 18 year old model) in sexual situations than pretty much everything else is fine.
The problem is: When i read TOS thay say ''and any ilegal stuff are not allowed'' The term illegal stuff is to big. I want someone that guarantee that nothing will happend with my site.

Mike, if your site gets suspended, you can always move it, BUT, if that is illegal at the address of the agency, you will get in trouble, much more than losing your site.
I dont think that escort services are ilegal man. I can see that everyday in newspapers.

I don't think this guy should be anywhere near a VPS, in reality. He's already stated he doesn't know how to take backups. He's not ready to admin a live server.

Sounds like you need a full time dev, not just managed services.
You need a company to design and manage your site, there are quite a few.
If you have that, you will not need managed services, most of the time they provide the hosting, if you are not happy with that, can work on your VPS, but they will moan, probably. So better get the whole package.
