Guys, notice that the nearest INTERNET location from Mainland to HK is Guangzhou, not Shenzhen. Guangzhou is a int'l exchanging port.
HK - easy to get HKIX, but direct China peerings are expensive (mostly, Pang and 51idc, both CN2), but I even did not see an official site of Pang...
U can try PCCW - while their bandwidth is worthy...
