    Check your spam box. My first ticket email from them was in inbox, but all emails they sent me later all went to spam box.

    Nothing at all. I'm guessing it's another issue with (at)live.com again D: I just sent a PM to see if it could be looked up.

    Checked my SPAM folder, and found an email from them with the ticket.
    Looks like their mail servers are not very well trusted :P
