Wilfully ignoring what someone has written isn't my definition of optimism.

WHT really wants money, so they weren't able to give it away for free. Though, it seems like their changelog suddenly changed and added a discount :O

Does this include the DLC "Company Takeover" where you can sell or give your company away to other players in the game?

You can start with a VPS reseller. That way you can offer VPSs, while you wont need to think gor hardware and tech issues, that your host would manage.

But as others advised, its better to learn thibgs before starting a biz.

TLDR , Justification is common sense " What will you use the IPs for ?" Answer is in your post " Start a VPS hosting company " . If you need anything else feel free to shoot me a pm on skype readydedi.bharat.

Well if you are serious, starting any IT business focused on hosting, you should do:

    1. Planning
    2. Survey on market
    3. Investment and capital
    4. Setup an office / payment gateways / register your business legally
    5. Collaborate with major ISPs and obtain contracts
    6. Purchase infrastructure.
    7. Purchase relevant software for billing and management.
    8. Setup infrastructure and software
    9. Hire staff (where necessary)
    10. Marketing (targeting customers)

Alternatively, it is easy to start your own 'small' host by just renting servers from popular providers but I would not recommend this approach - you lack of sort of 'security' or stability.
