I hope you spoke to them about IP allocation before hand, they limit you to 30 IPs per server. We found that out once we had exhausted our allocation and it wasn't pretty.
That would deserve a punch in the face. Oh man I would have to go to the netherlands and kick their asses for pulling that crap.
I ordered xen ovh yesterday night us time. I could not pay thru paypal and getting UTF-8 convertion error on userid and password on paypal. Now I tried to add fund using WHCM and it was saying I don't have active account to add fund and I don't have one any more. Because my account has been terminated. Is it joke or what?
WHMCS wants that you have active service before you can use the "add funds" options. Since you didn't pay your initial invoice, your service was never activated so you can't use the "add funds" feature.

Btw, are you from China by any chance? If so - there was some bug in the paypal module coming with WHMCS, for which WHMCS issued a patch/replacement. The host must apply the patch to allow chinese users to pay through paypal.

You know the score :P Luckily we had our servers in DE so it didn't make that much of a difference to clients latency wise. But it was still a pain in the ass.
I even emailed WorldStream the other day to see if they would budge with a bulk purchase and they just said no. So im pretty sure this will be the case for uptimevps as well :P
