Actually INIZ in New York City to Inception in NL gives about 83ms.
Try this joodle: http://nyc-us.lg.iniz.com/
You don't have any fucking logic either. otherwise you would do your research before posting shit on LET
i get between 88-95 most of the time, and easily over 100Mb down and upload.
That INIZ is pretty good indeed.
RamNode NYC ( http://lg.nyc.ramnode.com/ ) to RamNode NL
64 bytes from 176.56.238.3: icmp_seq=1 ttl=53 time=77.8 ms
From my home:
That's looking pretty good
It's good indeed however we only have one discounted yearly plan (~$23).

@joodle I actually have a $7/yr 128MB Iniz special that expires in a month. @Patrick would you allow transfer? Joodle can have it, I haven't used it since the last node busted and I got a new IP.
Poor NY3 Transfer is fine if the receiving party is an existing client.

I host a couple game servers that are shared by US and EU players so I have tested many hosts in north east USA. I prefer Steadfast in Edison, NJ for low latency to Europe. I'm assuming that they are above your budget? Other than steadfast the only provider I know using them to host VPS is Kazila and cheapest there is still $7 per month (lowendbox.com/blog/kazila-7month-512mb-xen-ssd-vps-and-more-in-new-jersey-dallas-los-angeles/.
To Digital Ocean's NL locations:
ams1: 78, ams2: 86, ams3: 76.5
I'm sure some of the other locations I have used match that but are probably not any cheaper. One inexpensive host I have used for less important uses is Ocity Hosting operating out of Telehouse in NYC. They start at $1.95 per month: webhostingtalk.com/showthread.php?t=1472098. Here are pings to my VPS with them to DO:
ams1: 83, ams2: 85, ams3: 91
