    While I find the way this was handled very questionable, the customer in question did receive the service after this thread was opened.

    I have a vps with them and it is working well, very stable, but I asked to setup rdns for me beacuse I can't do it manually and they answered: "you must use real dns"(?!?!?!?) and nothing else...

    Of course. Real men use real DNS. None of that rDNS thing.

    Sorry. I believe he meant http://www.real.com/dns (HA DNS services)
