i need dedi server with something like
12gb ram+
cpu with 8 threads @ 1,8ghz minimum
2xHDD, each at least 500gb, preferrably HW raid
at least 10tb data transfer at 100mbit minimum (i use around 3tb, but just in case, dont want to pay for over use)
1-2 IPv4, but rest /27 assigned in like 18 hours from time i request.
preferably some console: ipmi, kvm-ip, drac
GEO location does not mater
serv. PRICE under $50/mo. incl. IPs (when i buy server i use it untill hdd raid dies unrecoverably or serv. price is 2 times expensive than average price and provider dont want to decrease)
server should not be suspended because of ocasional phishing sites or spamcop email
i suspend abuse in around 48 hours, but still from time to time someone new decide to host bad site. i never had any serious spam issue for past years. server used for vps and shared hosting reselling.

HDD: hw raid 1, space to be at least 2x750gb
NET: prefer higher limit or no limit so i dont need to worry about overage cost
should be simply powerfull server with alot of threads, ideally 16gb ram+, /27 IPv4, hw raid 2x750gb at least space., net around +100mbit, prefer no limits,

I have a Dedicated Server with clancoms and there is no lagg at all. they did some network maintenance yesterday but they sent out emails letting us know. I recommend them to everyone.

That really shouldn't be that hard... He wants 100Mbps 10TB atleast 16GB ram and a decent Xeon 4 core with 8 threads...
Could look into VolumeDrive's Dedicated servers (Quadix.co) which actually has a good offer.
No raid added to it but could do software raid on it for free or hardware raid is an extra $15;

I would like to mention the fact that they're kinda out of stock of drives right now my last resale took 2 weeks ++ , still didn't get luckily a server was cancelled by a customer so I quickly re installed it and provisioned.
