My VPS has been offline for more than 4 months now. Ticket was submitted to request for a CHI-2 account back then, but no information has been provided till date..

I can tell you this I wouldn't pay him anything since I moved on from him. I have built my own infrastructure now that I can control and fix and not wait for him to get done on a vacation or moose season to do anything to fix it.
the only thing that is missing ITT are fraudrecord entries due to non payment.
A Distributed Denial of Moose (DDoM) attack is very hard to deal with cut the guy some slack... Even worse as I've been informed it's moose season.
Looks more like a caribou than a moose to me...
