That was indeed not clear... I also thought you meant online.net.
I guess that means "Our policy is to f-ck any client any way we like. And if one of our incompetent staff happens to be dead wrong with his made up accusations, we will just insult his victim some more. Only if someone happens to be at LET or WHT and a major shitstorm is brewing up will we show enough insight to at least try to get rid of our problem by refunding the victimized and insulted client".
