  • Same here, I requested a refund.

  • I'm on the same node as well... I can usually get an average ping response of 40ms, now it is 250ms...

  • LA network only got issue with Leaseweb NL, download speed is about 200KB/s :D There is no downtime in the last 24 hours =)

  • My VPS is in Chicago, where I am getting network issues.

    Mine was in Chicago too.
I got about 180ms in the beginning when I bought it and yesterday it was about 450ms in the evening.
    Downloadspeeds 10KB/s

Now I got reply from them, seems cancellation gets processed correctly.
"Your service has been cancelled. A billing administrator will process your refund in the morning during billing office hours"

  • I havent received anything yet except for this default cancellation email.

"This email is to confirm that we have received your cancellation request for the service listed below."

    w00t w00t !!!
Sadly still didnt find the time to test mine but I will because they offered a new invoice and i need to know if I keep it, I downgrade to VPN/128 MB or cancel altogether. In the beginning was great. ATM I tend to replace with an 128 instead, cant hurt one more in the list and I am really low on US VPSes lately.

  • So much for that maintenance...

IO speed is still very high, i wonder what happened to the network ?
Since network is my main concern, i dont give a **** for the IO, anything above 5 MB will do since i run no intensive databases nor gameservers.

  • Your requirements are low on the i/o
    M..

  • Just got my paypal refund.
At least that worked without issues.

363 MB/s is not low for non-ssd storage, after all, I got 80 GB on my plan. It's actually great, but I am after network first and foremost.

I bet they were expecting this... Maybe they think it will be better to get out of this mess soon.

  • They finally fixed it a couple hours ago!
