RunAbove is not US based, so depending of where he lives or want to deserve, the latency can be disastrous. Also, they are not KVM, but OpenStack and not all package are for production use, some are still in BETA.

Runabove is having BHS datacenter which is quite good.
Alternatively DigitalOcean and Linode.

If you want a common one - Catalysthost / @RyanARP is a good recommendation.
