Purpose of this is Proxy for SEO needs.

Overal price for VPS with all 50 IPs should be under $30/mo

We're super interesting in purchasing those IP allocations if you guys have them... We would need to actually do it properly (RIPE/ARIN transfer of resource, etc.) and would announce it on our network.

Don't really care if the IPs start out dirty, we will clean them up before using them. (Most of IPv4 space that wasn't pre-allocated to a University / etc. (MIT's /8s for example) are already dirty anyways...)
