Notes

  • No warez/pornography/torrent/spam etc... allowed. You're welcome to run a personal VPN, but we take abuse reports very seriously.
  • IPv6 is currently available in London, we're working real hard to bring it to New York.
  • There will be OS ISO's to use aside from the SolusVM KVM Templates available. Users who need a certain ISO made available can request it.

How do you guys feel about the plans and pricing?

Thanked by 1Lee

  • Personally I would like to see each plan come with a /64 for IPv6 and not 1,2,4 or 8 v6 addresses stepped up with the plans.

  • @kcaj: Noted. While this may not be possible during launch, we'll definitely see what can be done.

Thank you very much for the suggestion.

What locations are you offering this, I see you state London and New York is it both?

@W1V_Lee: Those offers are in Buffalo, New York and Maidenhead, England. If things go well, we'll offer the product in more locations.

Thank you, kind sir :-) Hopefully you may find interest in giving it a shot with a free trial.

Would you be interested in trying out the service if it came with a /64 IPv6?

  • are you going to offer the premium Buffalo ddos protection?

  • JoeMerit said: are you going to offer the premium Buffalo ddos protection?

Regarding Buffalo: Basic DDoS Protection (Nullroute) is the default. The Riorey-based Premium DDoS Protection is something that will be announced soon.

    Port speed is 1 Gbps?

Is there any discount on semi/annually payment?

How about more low end plans?

I would certainly try London, no need for free trial though happy to pay when I at least know who the provider is.

Yes, the port speed is 1 Gbps all the way.

With the official release, each 6 months get 1 month free. In regards to lower plans, it really depends. Could you tell me what exactly are you looking for?

    Happy to hear :-)

For the U.K Location, we colocate with RapidSwitch in their Maidenhead Datacenter.

  • LeeLee Veteran

Colocation at RS is preferable to buying from them though :)

We started out by buying a small server to test how things are, then we started colocating :-) Honestly, the RS team is very courteous and rather competent. We plan moving forward with running our own BGP with them in 2015.

Would you like me to PM you a sign-up link in case you are interested in giving this a shot?

  • LeeLee Veteran

    Sure.

  • DalekOfSkaro said: Would you be interested in trying out the service if it came with a /64 IPv6?

No, I really don't need anything else at the moment. I was purely providing some feedback that I think would have interested any potential customers looking at your service.

  • W1V_Lee said: Sure.

    Done :-)

Understood. I greatly appreciate your feedback and we will be bringing the /64 assignments in the U.K hopefully by the end of January.

  • Mandatory:

FYI: We should be able to do the /64's per VM either by the end of this week or by next week in the U.K Location :)

    Update

Full /64 Subnets are now available in the U.K :-)

Sorry, I made a typo. It's "now" available, not "not".

  • DalekOfSkaro said: Full /64 Subnets are not available in the U.K :-)

    Not or now? O.o

This is why I should drink coffee before posting. It is "now" available in the U.K :-)

I have need of reliable low spec EU KVM from time to time. So DF-512 if not IDF-256 is implied.

The lowest plan we offer at this time is the DF-768 :-)
