Ah. Let me guess, they didn't use the correct amount of vowels in a sentence?
I'm not even going to mention it because then it will kick-off again.
I only mentioned it as a joke as I assumed everyone knew of the Mao/BuyVM beef.
actually when i come to think of it , i just realized the best host for me have been
a) servermania guys
b) k0nsl
no bullshit , no time waste .. just getting shit done

how on earth did he necro this thread.
And he read it wrong. (:
Tariq, the question WAS for VPS providers.
Actually if there are no hardware problems or looking for a flexible plan, I never sent any ticket to provider. Don't understand how how people measure how friendly a provider is when contacting though tickets. If I provide enough infomation, problem should be solved within a few tickets.
Several hosts, but one in particular that hasn't been mentioned yet: VPS-Forge. Great and friendly people
EDIT: Yeah, the one that's shutting down, unfortunately.
There are many VPS providers I have tried before, one standing out. I don't think that this company has been mentioned yet - EthernetServers.
George (the founder) is probably the nicest person I have ever met from a company, being that he has two qualities that I love, patience and sympathy.
For example, my PayPal account was restricted. He gave me time to link my credit account to another PayPal account to pay my invoice.
Overall, EthernetServers has been the best company I have been with.
AllSimple is good
Iniz by far
@AnthonySmith for LowEndSpirit, best support i experienced hands down! Always available to give a hand!
@qps .. friendly responses and fast support for any problems i faced!
And finally, @serverian for the blessing of Backupsy!
@drserver by far.
Still amazed at quickpacket replying in under 60 seconds, with professional and friendly replies that actually answer my question or solve any issues!
INIZ is definitely the friendliest I've ever used, at least when Patrick was the owner.
Have no experience with the new owner as I've cancelled my stuff.
Always having fun with the @drserver staff, good responses too :-)
@Jar is also an awesome guy
VMBox is nice!
It is Elaina answering tickets not jarland
But for me, support is not needed to be friendly. they just need to be effective.
Yeah. But some gives quite offensive replys sometimes.
Did I say tickets? I mean Skype
And professional... sorry i missed
he is the baddest support never be friendly
Being friendly sadly isn't always enough. Even the most incompetent and useless provider can sound nice and friendly. It doesn't really help... (first hand experience).
Many providers I use are polite and friendly, but if I would be forced to name one as example of professionalism and friendliness my vote would go to Bernhard from Castlegem.
Well, my votes go to:
@Patrick
@Jar
@dediserve
@drserver
evoBurst
So far the friendliest has been @SkylarM from Crissic.
Iniz got worse since management change.
@RyanARP - Super Friendly !!!!!! So is @Fransico
@Maounique - Very Friendly too
@Jar - Super Friendly tooo !!! but than Ryan And Jar were gang.
Funny as I thought Mao's writing style was a bit feminine. Apparently standard NLP makes an allowance for Eastern Europe when guessing gender
As for friendliness, I like the hosts that simply host stuff. They get my money and I get working hosting. The friendliest host I've spoken extensively with was the same one that disappeared 3 months later (after paying yearly)
