    Will you be so kind to share ticket ID with me?

    Happy with Vstoike too. Internet speeds aren't great (only 20 mbps to some European locations, even less to some American ones), but service is stable, support has been good and pricing is very nice.

    Also, can I ask you to provide me more details about this european location? IP, ISP or may be DC?

    Thanks.

    Nekki said: originally I was only getting 10Mb/ps, but support sorted me out an upgrade to 20Mb/ps. I did ask for 10Mb/ps (offering to pay for it of course)

    Did you get some special deal? I thought their plans are 3TB transfer at 100 Mbit.

    Don't think so, we're not offering anything slower than 100Mbit/s. I think there is some kind of trouble or misunderstood, that's why I'm asking about ticket ID.

    Sorry, I meant 20MB :-/

  • +1 for vStoike and @jamaica

  • @Nekki said:

    Lol :) it's around 160Mbit/s, and yes, I remember your ticket. I think it's fair enough to get such speed for such price.

    We are on the way to offer custom port speed (over 200Mbit/s) for VPS services, but not right now.

    Absolutely fair, I knew what I was signing up for originally and you were very kind to give me the upgrade :-)

  • @Nekki said:

    I will let you know when we'll be ready to give you 1GBit/s port speed.

  • there are many reliable vps providers in russia, the only difficulty i see on most websites is that they are in russian but once you learn the basic things you can easily understand how to order one, what the specs are etc.

  • Same language problem here.

    I will stay in USA. :)

    Choose basically everything except MCHost.

    Impossible to choose them with such prices :) 768MB VPS for ~18$, even when russian rouble in such a big trouble ^_^

    Are WebMoney/Cyberplat safe? Which is best to use?

    Also what is the difference between WebMoney WME and WMZ?

    I bought one from firstvds for like 60 pence, but wow, you guys weren't lying about horrible network performance.

    Worst ever?

  • NyrNyr Community Contributor, Veteran

    @hostnoob WebMoney is very popular.

    WME = EUR
    WMZ = USD

    I see. I ended up using CyberPlat anyway because it let me use my debit card without signing up.

    Sorry, no experience with them. Basically it does not looks legit provider. Probably it's very new and resell services.

  • Profforg said: Profforg

    Agreed. They asking for prepaid 300 Units first without seen what exactly on cart Sounds like a scam..

  • perennate said: @Profforg how good is cloudavt?

    CloudAVT is fine, not sure what Profforg is on about. I paid $2.53 for a VPS, even emailed them as per their promo and got my 2nd month free.

    IO was a bit crap when I ran and it's not going to be my next CDN, but far from a scam : https://www.petabyet.com/result/2014-12-17-54e8af72c3c58ece151901a15d587952/

    There nothing against in laws Only drugs and underage porn prohibited

  • I've had a server with vStoike for some time now with no problems at all. Good stability and support has been fast the few times I needed them, both before and after purchase, such as adding iso files and other minor things.
