No, sorry. There are no VPS providers in Russia.
Very sad.
@ttsaon: you can use the search function:

http://vps.menu/ seems like a good place to start, https://www.cloudavt.com/linux can be interesting.
@jamaica's vstoike had some decend deals, but as they are in USD it's gonna be more expensive than the other possibilities in rubbles...
They say no to PayPal
Yet another cold war thing, hey
Anyway, BeriHoster seems to allow paypal payments, so does vstoike if I remember well... so a few of them do accept paypal.
@Profforg how good is cloudavt?
For OP there's also vstoike.ru, who were featured on LEB.
Selectel support PayPal
Thanks, did you try them, are they any good?
BTW, link for those of us who don't like aff codes when not mentionned:

Yes, I like their services (Cloud server, Cloud storage and monitoring)
PayPal tells me 1 Euro = 80,7642 rubbles
PapuaPal
Its time buy RU hosting for pennies, best prices on market..
The RUB is extremely volatile right now.
But I don't think that 80 rubbels for 1 EURO is good at all?
For buying online in Rubles yes. Most sellers still not increase prices in Rubles, can get bargain easy
PayPal always screws you over with FX. They have some impressively bad exchange rates. They are probably capitalizing (or trying to capitalize) greatly on the RUB volatility right now.
My hosting cost me 5 EUR before now cost only 2,80 EUR/month
Agreed
Check out USD -> AUD then back. Almost blatant scamming.
Check out blueangelhost....dey got vps..,also accept paypal
http://vstoike.com/ - been great so far
Pretty sure every Russian provider already bills in USD or EUR though.
Any thoughts on these guys?

These guys are really cheap too
http://firstvds.ru/products/vds_vps_cheap
Yep, ordered yday with them, invoice was quoted 3000+ RUB, couldn't pay it right away, now it's been converted & updated to 38,1 USD.
They are not very reliable, but for the price...
Any ddos protected servers around?
Extremely unreliable + no support (they have 1 month free support, after that you need to pay).
To everyone: it is matter of time russian providers raise the prices. And the reason is simple enough: all hardware and uplink prices are US dollar dependant.

Choose basically everything except MCHost.
berrihost
Vstoike seem pretty decent - I've been with them a couple of months now, and had a good experience with support while sorting out a couple of tweaks to my monthly plan.
Had the odd issue with upload speed to OVH dropping into the crapper, download speed has always been solid.
Happy with Vstoike too. Internet speeds aren't great (only 20 mbps to some European locations, even less to some American ones), but service is stable, support has been good and pricing is very nice.
I had the same issue with speeds - originally I was only getting 10Mb/ps, but support sorted me out an upgrade to 20Mb/ps. I did ask for 10Mb/ps (offering to pay for it of course) but they said it wasn't possible, which was a shame, but not the end of the world by any means, 20Mb/ps is perfectly servicable in most situations.
