It may be possible. But AFAIK, only VMWare fully supports OS X, or at least has the best support for it.
If your hosting provider offer ESXi-based packages, then you can run virtualized OS X without issues whatsoever.
i can only think one good reason to have OSX, which is developing Xcode for iOS apps. And, Linux beats OSX anytime in every sides.
Without GUI OSX is the crap.
In our DedifyStack product there are some profiles for OS X on XenServer. CloudStack also has some profiles. You can try it, but we do not support it and we cannot guarantee it.
We have some customers which run some OS X on our instances, they built their own templates for it.
Doesn't that violate the Apple EULA?
