Regardless of where they are, the word 'corporation' is derived from 'incorporation' which is a legal matter. Using the word 'corporation' without being formally incorporated is incorrect regardless of where they reside - they would have to use the term 'company', 'association' or similar in that case; some kind of term that does not imply legal incorporation.

Which makes me wonder, are these guys legally incorporated?
