you aint gonna get 4GB ram for $22. no chance nearest is probably this http://www.online.net/en/dedicated-server/dedibox-scg2
https://robot.your-server.de/order/market
I prefer some location in the US. But Thanks...
"Your search has not returned any matching offers."
If you add $3 to your budget then www.datashack.net fits your requirements. Look at their special dedicated server offers, there's one for $25 and it will come with alot more resources than you required.
online actually has good connection to the US. i was seeing nearly 100Mbps other day. its just latency really where the problem is.
Sorry what? And I thought you're somewhat of a regular on this forum already, and should know much better than this.
You easily can get 4GB for about that sum or less, and at numerous providers as well.

http://www.firstheberg.com/serveur-dedie-celeron-8g
http://www.kimsufi.com/fr/ the KS2 and KS3, no RAID though
http://digicube.fr/rapidserveurs the E-350 one
If you increase the budget a bit:
http://oneprovider.com/dedicated-servers/paris-france the 20 EUR one
http://www.online.net/en/dedicated-server/dedibox-xc
In the US (from $25): https://www.datashack.net/dedicated/
Go here http://www.hetzner.de/en/hosting/produkte_rootserver/serverboerse and click through to the auction.
You can't have a 100GB HDD in raid. You need at least 2 disks.
I know! I mean it should have 100GB ( 2 x 100GB + RAID 1 ).
I've updated the post ...
You can get that from DelimiterVPS, their X5150 is $30/month if paid quarterly including 2x500GB disks.
I would normally recommended datashack / wholesaleinternet, but I think they are still having issues with their network.. otherwise the cheapo plans wold have sold out long ago..
you can checkout vdrive.. gigabit is not included but it's $10/mo and you can do one-time fees for HDD.
http://volumedrive.com/vdrive/?a=dedicated
or as rm_ mentioned you can go with delimiter.. it's $20/mo if you prepay quarterly but and extra HDD will cost you $10/mo.

Not exactly what you asked for but close..
Correction! Its $20/month if paid quarterly
extra drive is $10/mo extra so @tomle is correct.
ah yes, my mistake
@duyan13 Delimiter's $20 server fits the spec nicely. If you need RAID1, then just add a second disk. Hardware RAID is standard on those units.
OVH would work, their Kimsufi line up.
@johnkoozle - I think OVH's lowend servers only have 100Mbps network
Oh.. I figured it was all 1000Mbit by now
I can confirm that there are no network issues with datashack currently, recently I bought a dedicated server from them for $40 and it is running like a beast - no downtimes so far.
It's a speed issue, not sure if they still have it though.
If that is the case then i'll do a speed benchmark right now because I haven't done that yet. Hopefully I wont get disapointed by the result. I'll post it here after its done.
FYI here is the thread: http://www.webhostingtalk.com/showthread.php?t=1370854

I think it's limited to the cheap servers.. Like the phenom specials. BW going in is fine but going out was pretty saturated.. so much so that proxmox GUI fails to load. Support was great and eager to help but after about a week or so with no change I finally had to cancel and I've had it over 6 months.
I do have a higher priced server with WSI and I don't ever recall experiencing any issues with the network so I'm assuming it's limited to the cheaper servers, I think the BW miners are targeting cheap bandwidth without regards to the specs of the server..
Their network at WSI/DS is 'decent', although speeds can vary quite a bit throughout the day.
I am using one of the datashack special dedicated server deals and this is the download speeds I got
But since the problem is with the upload speeds I need a way to test that, could you give me a command to test it? I will run it and post back the results here.
apt-get install mtr-tiny
then
mtr your-ip
see if you get any packet loss..
-edit-
Another option if you have a web server running is to wget a test file and then try to wget the file from another server
It kept going, how long do I need to wait? it seems fine to me
@earl
you can press
q
to quit and 200 packets is fine.. maybe they fixed it or you got lucky..I'm just noticing on the site that the specials get sold out and not long after the stock returns I'm assuming people are finding issues and requesting refunds?
I really get confused by what you just said because to me datashack is very solid and straightforward, right now I really have no issues dealing with them and they just appear down-to-earth. I have to admit that i'm not long enough with them yet to have my judgement taken seriously but if they keep it up as they do right now then they are really good and recommendable to everyone.
@Mark_R
@earl
I'll show you how bad it can get once it finishes running (at WSI) in about whatever minutes.. its a smaller i3 they had on special at one time.
