    Go with a Ramnode..

    I'm sure if you ask nicely, they will be more than happy to remove 512MB from your VPS.

    Well, I'm only the user of this host and I can show you any stats which tells about possible network usage.
    I have done some file hosting there and there was no problems with bandwidth or anything.
