Couldn't resist getting one for $3.

  • Was going to get one, but then realised what would I use the box for? No guarantee of stability and not much bandwidth. Looks good though.

  • Did anyone from the UK get one? What is latency like to the west coast?

    I'm getting ≈180ms from Germany

    Did you allowed IRC?

  • Too good to pass up on this. My only worry is that with such low pricepoint and heaps of IPs, its just gonna attract abusers and spammers. Unless of course Dan & team has already figured out an abuser detection system.

Bandwagon created Nodewatch, so I'd imagine they're pretty good at dealing with abuse.

  • just got one

  • bought one, couldn't miss the deal. will use it for testing scripts.

  • Picked one up because why not.

    Here's a benchmark http://serverbear.com/benchmark/2014/05/12/eyICLmn7Y6ZaqyQS

  • Why so many IP's for so cheap? Even for the recent shortages that ARIN is going through? Crazy prices... tempted...

  • wojonswojons Member

I just ordered one not sure exactly how well it will perfomace and what task to use it for normally i callthis to cheap to be good but its so cheap that the risk is gone. Always use the big mac index.

Don't think so, this is from the guys behind BandwagonHost.

IPv6 connectivity seems to be much better to europe. With Quadranets test IP6 I get ~130 ms to NL, with their test IP4 only ~165 ms

  • You gotta love this way to get a load of IP addresses in such a short period of time. I ordered one anyway.

Has anyone actually received consecutive IPs?

  • Can you please support Ubuntu 12.04?

  • Rob92Rob92 Member

I think they do already. I picked one up and have Ubuntu 12.04 installed on it. Working great actually.

I got one. For some reason KiwiVM reminds a little of cPanel.

    It's there, in both 32 and 64-bit. Also 14.04.
