    Inside grub configuration you should be able to see where the default is set. It will be DEFAULT=0 (likely)

    I edited it to 1 and rebooted and it now works without any issues.

    Also added

    exclude=kernel*

    to /etc/yum.conf to prevent it from updating kernel.

    Thank you everyone for all the hlep

    Best idea would be to contact your VPS provider.

    Do note that they have no obligation to help if you're on an unmanaged plan (which is very likely). There's a reason why forums like these exist, use them or kindly ask your provider if they're nice enough to spend time on helping an issue you caused yourself.

    & Using the ctrl-alt-del button in console like MCHPhil said does nothing

    Did you press the fancy button? VNC key combination pass-through can be tricky, especially with the Java client.

    I was pressing the thing that said

    Send Ctrl-Alt-Del http://i.imgur.com/xnDqW4H.png

    Sometimes VM itself freezes on kernel panic and you have to do full restart, not just ctrlaltdel.
