@William, as of Ukraine suggestions, someone mentioned Colocall who are maybe the oldest colo in Ukraine, but I've heard they don't really care anymore. But I have no recent personal experience with them though.
I know some people who are really impressed with Ukrtelecom's DC and colo service, but can't find an English version of their website, so here is a Ukrainian one:

Grr.. where's your brain. Once you've lost family to stupid regimes like his you'll understand why. That's the only way to stop his crap.. What has terrorists blowing up buildings got to do with Syria? You should give that a quit, although I do sort of agree with you in some of what you say, you take it too far and at the wrong times.
Although Syria and Iran are well connected, I don't see how Syria and Israel are well connected though, let's leave that politics out, as others have said, make a thread if you really want to debate about it.
