@rajprakash: Thanks. Not sure that VPS hosting is really "automated" and LowEndEffort (lol). I did hosting for many years.

@ben78: Paris. Additional IP's 2 Euro each (ouch). But, if the idea is solid enough, I can leverage my colo's and dedi's in the US for load balancing, high availability, failover, etc.
I forgot to mention, I also have this (but as the song goes, I will probably "let it go" since I have another just like it as well
