Thinking of giving delimitervps a second try

If they have any current coupons for the x5150 and a test ip that would be useful (assuming they are actually racking servers now)

You should message @MarkTurner
@Void_Whisperer - there are no offers at the moment
praying for Delimiter to lower their IP prices
If you don't mind waiting weeks for your server to be setup and days for tickets to be answered, then sure, go for it! I've been waiting two weeks so far for a server to be setup and they haven't responded to my support ticket in the last three days.
@MarkTurner was the one who helped me in Delimiter. Without him I would've cancelled my services one week after ordering them.
@luissousa - in all fairness you bought an unmanaged server and then needed someone to help you set it up. It was not a failing on Delimiter's side, they just don't offer server installation or configuration.
I sent a email to the delimiter support once to get a false positive fraud issue fixed
they never answered. I'm pretty sure that @markturner is the only person that keeps it together.
After realizing that i just dropped the whole idea of ordering services from Delimiter
i mean, if you have to depend on a person at LET to get things going then it obviously is not a positive thing.
Any eta on when another offer will come up?
@Void_Whisperer - I dont think any are planned at the moment they cleared the 600+ Dual X5150's they had and mopping up the last few at the moment
Aw. I had checked with a friend recently and saw the network issue I had getting over 100ms ping to the servers had cleared up so I wanted to give it a try again
Any provider with a similar offer?
Depends on the offer you're looking for
Low cost server with a decent cpu and atleast a bit of RAM
In Atlanta we have:
Core 2 Quad Q9550 / 8 GB RAM / 250 GB HD / 20 TB Bandwidth on 1 Gbps Port / 5 IPs for $39.99 per month
Dual L5520 / 24 GB RAM / 1 TB HD / 20 TB Bandwidth on 1 Gbps Port / 4 IPs / KVM over IP / IPMI for $54.99 per month
The core 2 Quad Q9550 looks interesting, though I think for that kind of CPU it might be a bit out of my price range
I have had them for almost 3 months. They had had there issues and the good days are nothing to write home about. if your looking for a deal then they are good if ur looking for something high end then keep looking the jury is still out on how much i like them.
if you already have this offer and there are some left around can one get more at the orginal offer price?
@Wojons - I'd email Steve and ask.
I spoke to him a couple of hours ago and he said he is working up some 'crazy' offers for L5420, L5520 and E3-1230v3. I've encouraged him to offer a few other locations so I expect there will be something forthcoming.
I want to see the offers on the l5520s. looking for more of those
Hopefully the pricing scales like the X5150 on the L5420 and L5520 would be nice double perfomance double price sort of thing not double perfomance for 3x price.
My X5150 has been working great
My X5150s and atom are working great as well, the second X5150 took some work to get provisioned but it all works and works well. Support is about average for a LEB, much better than OVH, not as good as Vapornode.
@MarkTurner I ordered a dual X5150 and have yet to receive it and I ordered it 2/21/14
I've had no problems with my X5150's as well :-).

I'd be more interested at the X5150 but it is already over
@Anthonyz - PM me your email that was used to order it, I'll check for you.
If there's still a way to order this server I'd like to know about it.
PM'd already, will be awaiting a response.
I got hold of one of the E3-1230v3 servers this evening, rans some tests - nice box. Latest E3-1230 iteration, it comes with a single SATA disk but its not too bad:

Hopefully I can get one the L5520's to play with tomorrow, I'll get some benchmarks out of that too.
Any idea how much those are going to be yet?
@Void_Whisperer - Delimiter hasn't put out any promotion pricing yet.
