@DanielM, I might be interested in one of those. How much are you looking for, how quickly are you looking to get rid of them, and where are they physically located right now/how much do you think it'd cost to ship them to either Ontario or Nova Scotia?

Most of them are in Cosham (Portsmouth, UK) And possibly depending on prices etc.
And i am looking to get them sold in about 3 weeks.
@Damian said: Seriously, the reason they're going away is that they're not dense enough for us.
I'm considering giving getting one if the cost of shipping doesn't break a arm and a leg. Worst case, I'll just plug it into my house ethernet (25down, 3 up), or just colo it at my dad's company (25up/down). $50, this is a steal.

~1.5A but closer to 2A

How old are we requesting? I've got some dual xeons in the closet.
I fit 1 x L5420, 2 x 1TB HD103SJ drives under 0.4 Amps so how you use that much is just crazy.
Francisco
Any old, I just need them to have a fair bit of ram.
1GB of RAM is enough?
Are you on 230V?
The CPU's are 50W each, so almost an AMP for the two sockets. You then got the RAM which is 0.1A per stick.
Francisco
@Francisco It is 240V, I thought about running Dual L5420 but the extra cost for power and the bandwidth I would recieve makes it not worthwhile.
I have some old VPS nodes, i have 11 for sale The spec is as follows:
Dell PE SC1425
Intel Xeon 3GHZ
8GB RAM
2TB SATA Drives
DVD Drives
They use about 0.6A

HP DL360
dual Intel Xeon HT 3.0 thru 3.4ghz
4 or 6 gb of RAM
2x 147GB 10k U320 SCSI drives
Yours for $50 apiece. We have at least 5 we're getting rid of.
dual Intel Xeon HT 3.0 thru 3.4ghz
4 or 6 gb of RAM
2x 147GB 10k U320 SCSI drives
I'm interested, how much do these cost to colocate?
They're 1u systems that draw 2 to 2.5 amps of power. We're paying $60 per amp, so for us, it costs us $150 per server.
dual Intel Xeon HT 3.0 thru 3.4ghz
4 or 6 gb of RAM

How bout shipping?
Here's the Quick Specs page: http://h18000.www1.hp.com/products/quickspecs/12166_div/12166_div.html
@bijan588: They're like 40lbs apiece... you'll pay whatever actual cost is. OR you can pick them up in Phoenix.
That's pretty expensive, how do you EVER make profit of these?

How much to ship 1 on over to michigan?
I forgot to mention that these do come with rack rails.
Ehh, people buy them, and people buy enough that the amount we make is greater than the amount it costs for us to run them. :P
Seriously, the reason they're going away is that they're not dense enough for us.
@FTNChris: What's yer zipcode?
Not sure how big they are, but would these work?
