Are providers winding down their operations in Russia?
Melbicom has announced that they will be shutting down their Moscow location:
As operational complexity, predictability, and hardware lifecycle constraints in Moscow have become increasingly challenging, our ability to maintain these standards can no longer be sustained with sufficient certainty. We have therefore decided to retire our Moscow location.
Has anyone else heard of other providers doing this as well?
