DASABO terminates my account and refuses to refund. I felt scammed.

I bought myself two VPS with DASABO and paid the advance payments. They are:
1. HALLOWEEN 2025. Valid until 01/11/2027
2. VPS AMD 1G - XMAS. Valid until 28/01/2029
Recently, I received an email from DASABO to complete KYC.
I completed this KYC, but DASABO thought the account name is not the same as the one in my ID card. Hence, DASABO thought I am a risk of money laundering and terrorism, and terminated my account without refunding the advance payments.
I do not abuse the DASABO services. DASABO is doing wrong and unfair.
Does anyone know any EU authorities that may have jurisdictions about DASABO’s wrong deed? Thank you.
