how hard would being a provider?
hello let,
i'm looking for a job in corporate companies as a senior penetration tester more than four years. because i'm currently working as consultant, and i don't want that. consultancy pay range is the lowest and work times are much. things are bad in world but specifically in turkiye, it's worst. ghost job ads, jobs not offered to non networked persons, etc.. i did a lot of job applications worldwide and they simply want visa that i don't have. they don't want to sponsor me. (or turkish persons?)
i thought that, why wouldn't i start a vps/vds company? i don't have a budget so i can't use my own hardware. best thing i could do is rent a good servers then split it. i planned that i don't just sell vps. i also want to include it/system and penetration testing consultancy. for providing consultancy to banks and government orgs, there is a requirement called "tse" and they want a lot of things, also much money. so i only can provide penetration testing consultancy to private companies at start.
plan is: one beast server with proxmox ve, one storage server with proxmox backup server, turkiye location, give vds customers guaranteed 1g, whmcs etc.
maybe this question asked here much, but how do you see that plan? i can't provide more things i'm planning, so it's not just be vps provider, at least at start.
any input would help me really much because i don't have anyone to talk about this topic. currently planning with gpt and doing custom research.
thanks,
