Requirements:
* Location: Zurich, Switzerland
* vCPU: 2 Cores (GB5 Single-Core > 500 required)
* RAM: 2 GB
* Storage & Bandwidth: Flexible (any reasonable SSD/NVMe size and standard fair-use bandwidth)
* Budget: Under $10 / month (the cheaper the better; open to annual plans if there is a good deal)
* Virtualization: KVM
