Opened a ticket today. Replies came in a few minutes, and they were flexible enough to actually get it done instead of bouncing me around.

That’s why I’m posting. Support is fast, the service is fine, I’d recommend them. If that also sounds right to you, I think you can consider them.

Curious how much time to actual resolution and how difficult the ticket was?

I will answer from my perspective.

2 tickets, Both minor.

• 1 billing - asking if purchased qualified for double storage/bandwidth promo during sale. Response time 3 minutes with definite response.
• 1 support (panel control issue) - 6 minutes to first response of "Checking on this" and 3 more minute later to resolve the panel control issue. (total 9 minutes from ticket submission)

I also bought a VPS service transfer from another user here from GreencloudVPS, from me sending the user payment and them confirming the transfer was started to the VPS in my account was less than 30 minutes.

That is impressive. in 3 minutes in our WHMCS based ticketing it barely even gets to register on the helpdesk due to cron timings etc.

I believe they also use WHMCS, as it looks similar to your panel but idk about it.
