Warning: 【MikyHost】ignoring tickets for 10+ days and refusing refund for unusable service
Hi everyone,
I am writing this to share my terrible experience with MikyHost and warn potential customers.
July 29: Purchased service (Invoice #15420). The service was virtually unusable and had severe routing issues (200ms+ latency via Cogent US due to non-existent CMI routing).
August 2: Submitted a cancellation request and support ticket within the valid timeframe. Service was immediately hidden/disabled from my client area.
August 2 - Present (Aug 12): The support team has completely gone silent and ignored my ticket for over 10 days. No service, no access, and no response.
They initially tried to hide behind a "3-day refund window," but the delay was entirely caused by their own unresponsiveness, and the service was never delivered.
Currently, they are ignoring all inquiries while holding my money. I have already initiated a formal merchant non-delivery dispute with Alipay's cross-border payment compliance team.
Deal with this provider at your own risk.

@emgh would you milk my host?
double the milk and give it to @oloke
It's my first time running into a VPS provider that completely plays dead like this. Paid over 10 days ago, and they’ve gone totally silent. Opened multiple tickets with zero replies, completely ignored my refund requests, and the service isn't even showing up in my control panel now. Stay far away from this host!
Where you even find these vps providers? I mean that even name looks bad.
lol

He claims to be an AWS reseller, and I was just hoping to get AWS network at a cheaper rate.
Mickey Mouse host.. where do people find this trash? If you want cheap AWS network, use amazon lightsail VPS
Maybe I should setup Toilet host and see how many idiots sign up for yearly plans.
Haha you were right, so I posted this here to stop others from falling into the same trap.
