Hi @orangevps , I'm planning to buy SP26-1 in Kansas City (your test IP is clear/OK from blacklist) to run a small self-hosted mail server (personal and small-business volume, no bulk or marketing mail). Before ordering, please confirm:

1. Are inbound and outbound TCP port 25 open on SP26-1 Kansas? If blocked by default, what is the unblock process and typical turnaround?
2. Can I set rDNS/PTR for the IPv4 myself in the panel, or via ticket?
3. Which IPv4 subnet will Kansas VPS be assigned from, so I can pre-check blacklists?
4. If the assigned IP turns out to be listed on Spamhaus or another major blocklist, will you swap it free of charge?
5. Does your AUP permit personal mail servers on this plan?
